Description:

Financial assistance and case management to address rent and mortgage arrears and security deposits for those households exiting homelessness or who are in danger of losing their housing. Clients will be asked to work on goals that will help them become self-sufficient. Funds are available on a limited basis.

Mon. - Fri. 8:30am - 4:30pm

Intake Process:

Phone or walk in for information. A phone assessment will be conducted to determine eligibility.

None.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Must be a resident of Grundy County. Must be in verifiable need for services. Must be willing to work towards goals designed to achieve self-sufficiency.
